For a small company, we pack a big punch. We have expertise in a wide range of RF sensors, to include monostatic / multistatic radar systems, passive geolocation systems, electronic attack and electronic protection.
Yes — we're currently supporting multiple customers with RF sensing algorithm expertise. However, our capability doesn't stop there. Our staff has extensive background developing and demonstrating integrated RF sensors spanning sensor hardware, embedded software / firmware, and signal processing algorithms.
Absolutely. Rapid development and iteration are core to our approach. Sensor development at J12 starts with high-fidelity physics modeling to understand the performance implications of system trades. This approach allows for rapid iteration on sensor system concepts against customer performance requirements. Our sensor prototypes will heavily leverage COTS hardware and our library of existing sensor signal processing software to achieve a rapid proof-of-concept demonstration. If a full custom solution is desired, J12 personnel have experience leading the development and integration of custom antennas, RF electronics, and mechanical / electrical assemblies into a fully integrated open-air sensor.
